Worship
10:45 Sanctuary
Worship is always contemporary with
life-giving traditions: The Lord's Supper (Holy Communion) is
shared each Sunday. Music is a vital part of worship, with great
congregational singing, and a choir that sings the faith through
classics, contemporary pieces, spirituals, and the music of Taize.
Lay leadership by people of all ages. Participation by the
congregation through readings, prayers, and responses. Prayers
of Intercession for our world, community, and for those dear
to us. Special Services in the seasons of Advent, Christmas,
Epiphany, Lent, Easter, and Pentecost.
After-Worship Fellowship
11:45 - 12:15 Church Library
Members of the congregation volunteer to provide snacks
for the fellowship time each Sunday following worship.
It is a time of laughter, meeting new people and good talks.
Choir Practice
12:15 - 1:30 Choir Room
Our regular weekly
choir practice takes place on Sunday afternoons. It is a
marvelous time! Very often a group of choir members will
find a place to have lunch together.
