Music Ministry The Choir is a vital part of our congregational and worship life. People who hear the Compton choir are often amazed at the powerful music coming forth from a choral group of six to
eight members!
The credit goes to our choir members and to a new Director of Music, David French. The gifts of both choral and instrumental music are important to us. Members share their talents so that we are blessed with organ, piano, guitar, flute, drums, violin, recorder and whatever gifts you bring!
Perhaps our most important musical gift is strong congregational singing! The witness to the leadership of our Music Director and Choir is their effect on the song of the congregation. We truly sing our faith! In addition to Sunday morning worship leadership, the Compton Choir participates in occasional choir festivals, concerts and ecumenical services.
